Two NEW SDA Homes with room for a 3rd house to be built.  We have currently registered them both as “2-bed NDIS houses” as this is more attractive to participants only living with 1 other person in a huge house with extra rooms.  2 people in a 2-bed house now average $137k year income, vs the funding for 3 people in a 3-bed house is much the same investment return (see below screen shot), so we feel it’s smarter to simple have 2 people in 1 house so It’s less crowded and more spacious.
